About the Platform
What is Hospitals.city?
Hospitals.city is a free online directory of U.S. hospital and healthcare facility listings. It is an advertising and listing platform only — not a healthcare provider, referral service, or medical resource. We help users find basic contact information and addresses for facilities across all 50 states.
Does Hospitals.city provide medical advice?
No. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance of any kind. For any medical question or concern, consult a licensed healthcare professional directly.
Legal notice: Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or creates a patient-provider relationship.
Is this site free to use?
Yes. Searching and browsing the directory is completely free. No account, login, or payment is required. Fees only apply to healthcare facilities that choose paid advertising placements for enhanced visibility.
Facility Listings & Data
Does Hospitals.city verify or endorse listed facilities?
No. We do not verify, endorse, accredit, or recommend any listed facility. We do not check credentials, licensure, clinical quality, staffing, patient outcomes, or safety records. A listing on Hospitals.city is an advertising placement only and does not imply any quality assessment or endorsement.
Legal notice: Listing position — including featured or prominent placement — reflects an advertising relationship only, not clinical quality or suitability for any condition or procedure.
Where does the facility information come from?
Information is sourced from two places: public government records (including CMS provider databases and state health department registries) and information submitted directly by facility representatives. Neither source is independently verified or audited by Hospitals.city.
Is the information accurate and up to date?
We strive to keep information current, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Facility details — including phone numbers, hours, accepted insurance, and available services — change frequently. Always verify details directly with the provider before visiting or making any healthcare decisions.
Are some listings paid advertising?
Yes. Some listings are paid advertising placements. Featured, highlighted, or prominently placed listings reflect a commercial advertising relationship only. Paid placement does not indicate clinical quality, accreditation, safety record, or suitability for any particular condition, procedure, or patient.
How do I contact a facility?
Each listing displays the facility's available contact information — phone number, address, and website link where provided. All scheduling, appointments, and clinical inquiries must be handled directly with the facility. Hospitals.city does not facilitate appointments or act as an intermediary.
For Healthcare Facilities
How do I add or claim my facility listing?
Click Add Your Facility in the navigation. Many facilities are already listed from public records. You can claim and update your listing by submitting a claim request as an authorized representative. Submitting or claiming a listing is an advertising placement only — it does not constitute verification or endorsement by Hospitals.city.
What does a Featured listing include?
A Featured listing is a paid advertising placement that provides enhanced visibility in directory search results — including prominent placement, a featured badge, highlighted card design, and the ability to add a facility photo. Featured placement does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or any quality assessment. See our Listing Plans for details.
What happens if information about my facility is incorrect?
If your facility's information is inaccurate, you can claim your listing to update it directly, or contact us to request a correction. Authorized facility representatives are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information.
